Celebrating 50 Years of Pizza Excellence
In 1975, Luigi Francia opened 'La Pizzeria Italiana', one of Copenhagen's first Italian pizzerias. It soon evolved into a small production kitchen 'La Cucina Italiana', supplying pizzas to the Danish nightlife.
By 1984, it had grown into one of Europe's first pizza production facilities, introducing innovative concepts to the Danish market—many of which remain popular today in both the retail and food service sectors.
